Not Wild, But Good
Today was spent at the healing spot of the north where we had one good thing happen after another.
First, my family member had good numbers and good results.
Second, another couple we crossed paths with a couple of times received good news,
Third, I somehow lost my “Minnesota Conservation Volunteer” magazine when we first arrived, we looked all over for it, and I found it just before we were going to leave. (It had dropped between the cushion and side of the chair I sat in.)
Fourth - At the Eisenberg Cafe there was baked salmon, baby red potatoes, and mushrooms cooked in oil with a touch of garlic on the menu.
Oh wow… that meal was so good going down. Once in my digestive track the fungi in oil created a reaction, but wow was it good tasting. By the way, as I enjoyed the fungi I was thinking how nice some golden oysters would be. It will be some time before wild fungi are on our plate again.
