Observations I Appreciate

While out on the Wapsipinicon River today two observations hit home - both that I appreciate.

Observation 1 - My granddaughter spent time exploring the Wapsie with me with cameras in my boat. Seeing her appreciate the outdoors was a real treat!

Observation 2 - As my granddaughter and I were on the water we met two kayakers on the water enjoying fall colors. Again, it was a joy to see people recognizing the qualities of the Wapsie.

Those who see and feel - those who immerse themselves in the outdoors - will love the outdoors. Those who love the outdoors will protect the outdoors.
