No Need To Salivate, I Will Do It For You

Those who recognize the featured items in this picture know what this means. For those who are not familiar, let me describe.   

Think of a hot Blackstone griddle (grill) with a puddle of garlic butter sizzling. Then imagine the crackling/bubbling sounds as I toss a pile of golden oyster mushrooms into that seasoned oil. Now try to sense the aroma of the sizzling mushrooms in the garlic butter, next to meat being heated. I will constantly turn the mushrooms as they quickly heat through and are ready to move to a plate as they surround the grilled meat. 

Now, just think of the flavor of the garlic, the butter, the mushrooms, and the meat as together they create a dinner perfect for a day like today.   

No need for you to salivate over this…Kristy and I will doing plenty as we enjoy this meal.   Thanks Jeff!
