“Best Day Ever”

When you hear those words from a grandchild, it is possible you have done something right - at least for a day.

Over this past weekend the boys have ridden in a combine harvesting beans (Thanks Lowell!), rode the 4-wheeler (Thanks Jason!), crossed the suspension bridge at Alcock Park (Thanks Bremer County Conservation!), caught pancakes flipped off the Blackstone, shot bow and arrow at balloons (multiple times), slept at the cabin, observed great blue herons and turkey vultures up-close, and paddled on the Wapsipinicon River multiple times.

These grandparents are tired!
