Moon Phases?

After spending much of the night up or awake working my volunteer job, I did something I seldom do - I slept late today. As a result I was too late to go ice fishing. Normally that would not have been a big deal, but from what I heard from several anglers, the fish were really biting today.

Fish biting and me seeing plenty of wildlife activity at the same time makes me believe the moon phase had something to do with the action. Under the appropriate conditions - when anglers are catching fish and I am seeing wildlife - a person can be really successful in whatever they pursue.

Due to a very busy afternoon and evening, I will share just one image from today - the first one I made. This bald eagle was very alert and appears to have been feeding before I stopped to photograph it.
