Reason for Concern?

I will get right to the point - as I wandered our ponderosa this afternoon enjoying our exceptionally warm February temperatures, I could not help but wonder if I need to begin watering my younger trees and shrubs. Most have been around for a number of years, but still, they are young and with three years of drought conditions, there cannot be much moisture in the soil.

Maybe we will get a little rain or snow tomorrow night and I can delay any watering… maybe?

I do not know the story of the feather in the spruce. The composition was there so I documented it.
