Looking Good
Every now and then the birds work with me to provide a good, close look without leaves and branches obscuring the view. This morning was one of those times and I was ready to go with my Nikon prepared for exposure and focus.

The eagle watched me as I moved along the river, taking pictures as I went. Eventually the eagle decided to relocate and I caught some of that action too.

Yesterday I found and photographed an unusual fungi known as “Witches’ Butter.” Last night I thought about the fungi and wondered if I might be able to make an image or two with a dark background. Creating the image was one thing, finding it without any GPS coordinates was a challenge. I did get my steps in today as I wandered the woods looking for this small bit of witches’ butter fungi.
