Please, Just Chill!!!

Apparently this adult bald eagle has a burr somewhere causing it to have a short fuse.

I spotted the bird in a beautiful setting - the top of a conifer with a clear blue sky behind it - and stopped for a few seconds to shoot pics. As the window went down the mouth on the eagle opened up. A couple of clicks on the shutter and I was gone.

I am not aware of any nests real close by that may have caused this behavior. As far as I know, the eagle may still be there screaming at people. It doesn’t matter - this bird deserved my respect and appreciation and received it.

Seriously - In all of my bald eagle interactions I have not seen one go vocal after such a brief stop. I am not sure of the reason behind its actions.
