Boring, So Let’s Get Artistic
Early this morning I drilled into hard water (ice) and fished for a while, but eventually got cold and bored and headed home. While in my hut I shot a photo, but it was so similar to previous ice fishing pics that I thought I had to do something different.
Recently a friend of mine has impressed me repeatedly with her artistic images that create curiosity, even when you cannot possibly guess what the initial image might be. Connie’s work has been creative enough that I did some research, found what I thought was the technique, and then worked some of my images. I probably could have reached out to Connie, but I learn by doing and now I know how to modify my work. I am going to share a series of base images and my strongly edited versions.
