My Goal is to Do Better

Now that we have snow covering most of the area, horned larks and likely Lapland longspurs and snow buntings are easier to see. In fact, many sections of roads now have the sparrow-sized birds along or on the roads.

I made my first horned lark image of this winter today. In past years I have created better photos. That is my challenge for the winter of 2024… to shoot better pics of horned larks and maybe snow buntings and Lapland longspurs too - if I am lucky.
