A Mix of Images Over the Past Three Days
Kristy and I spent the past days camping with family and friends. We were busy from early in the morning through late at night, but not much of the activities involved a Nikon. Still, I did manage to shoot a few pictures of interest.
This cicada killer wasp was in the newly hatched or end of life process. Either way, it did not want to be touched by a human. My best and safest option for photos was to lay down on the ground to shoot at eye-level.
Yesterday Em and I photographed wildflowers. Prairie scenics are some of my favorite images this time of year.
Early this morning I revisited the prairie thinking I might find butterflies or dragonflies covered in dew. I found few of either, but did find some nice “blossoms in dew” opportunities.
